Hi,
I'm sorry but your project cannot be hosted here because neither
Blackdown JDK 1.3.0 nor Sun J2SE 1.4.0 are Free
Software. You might be able to get them for free, but their license is too
restrictive to qualify as Free Software. If you can base your project on Free
Software only, you can then register your project again.

Please notice also that "Open Source" and "Free Software" are different things
and we identify with the second one, not the first one.
Finally, it is not worth applying for the GNU project through Savannah unless
you already have some code and it follows the GNU standards (you can always
apply directly on your own).
