A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Luca Barbato <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: GPSE is a PlayStation Emulator
System name: gpse
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Description:
GPSE should be a free playstation emulator, its uses should be both fun
(playing games) and developement (as host, debugger and disassembler)

GPSE is based on fpse0.08 with the consent of the previous author.

the actual faq is hosted on http://darktears.psxfanatics.com/gpse/

the current package is broken due updating it will be working hopefully next
week

the package actually contains the GPL and a readme file that states that every
source in the package is under that license if not stated differently (the
inverse discrete cosine transform is from the jpeg indipendent group)

Other Software Required:
gpse plugin may use SDL,GTK and OpenGL/mesa.

Other Comments:
The original Sony Bios dump is required to play commercial games, there is a
HLE bios emulation prensent in gpse
