W. Borgert <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Blinks keyboard LEDs for counting
System name: blinkd
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Description:
Blinkd is a client/server pair, that lets the keyboard LEDs
blink, indicating things like the number of incoming voice
calls in the voice box or incoming faxes in the spool.
Because client and server communicate via TCP/IP, they can
be located on different machines.

The program is part of the Debian GNU/Linux distribution
since 1998-06 and can be installed via `apt-get install
blinkd\'.

Other Software Required:
Blinkd/blink require GNU libc 2 and a Linux kernel.
