A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Bradley M. Kuhn <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: other
Other License: Since conference proceedings represent academic thoughts that
are part of important historical record, and are the opinions of particularl
individuals, those who value freedom typical release them under \"Verbatim
copying in any medium\" licenses.

The proceedings for the GCC conference will likely be under that license.

Of course, any generally useful technical documentation or software that comes
out of the project will be released under FDL-v1.1-or-later or GPL-v2-or-later,
respectively.

Package: GCC Conference Organization and Planning
System name: gcc-conf
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Description:
This is a coordination project for the GCC Conference. It is only in the very
early planning stages right now, but we hope to pull it off within the next
year. A Savannah project will help us coordinate and organize the effort.

This is not a software project, but may have some documents generated as part
of it (i.e., the conference proceedings publication).
