This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Camille Bégnis <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Borges Documents Management System
System name: borges
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Description:
Borges is an Open Source project aimed at XML aware documentation projects
caring about internationalisation, reusable content, teamwork, etc.
The supported DTDs are DocBook and TDB (Training DocBook), a subset of the
DocBook DTD written for the training manuals of MandrakeSoft. The way the
system is made make the use of other DTDs very easy, even though the revision
checking system might not work yet.

Currently, the system allows to:

    * Easily write modular documentation in XML DocBook;
    * Compile the source files into PDF and HTML;
    * Track the work in progress from the whole project (made of various
manuals) to the most basic components (paragraphs), and their translations;
* Track the state of each module according to six predefined states (from
\"written\" to \"final language proofreading\").

The Borges system is already in use but not ready for publishing right now.
Very few is missing.
