Description:
The uisp project provides a free program for the uploading/downloading of 
programs for Atmel\'s AVR 8-bit risc microcontrollers. Many of the available 
In-System Programmers are supported. This project is needed by developers to 
allow them to transfer the rom images to or from the target devices.

It already exists and you can download the latest distribution at 
http://www.amelek.gda.pl/avr/uisp/uisp-20020524.tar.gz
