Hi,
Your objectives are very clear and well explained, but what we need is a more
specific description on the software you want to write to accomplish those
objectives; for instance: what computer languages/libraries are you going to
use? are there any other similar programs available? are you going to base
your software on those or are you going to develop some completely new
code? in what platform(s) will your software run?

Please register your project again with a description more oriented towards
software issues.
