Description:
My project is called Tractor.
Generally to say, it\'s a card game which is very popular among the 
Chinese people. Almost every Chinese card player can play it.

Rules:

1. Basic needs
This game needs 2 sets of poker cards and 4 player. The 4 player is 
assigned as two teams, members in one team sit at the oppsite place of 
the table. 2. The Goal of the game
The goal of the game is to get more points.
For the Cards, the 5s, 10s and Ks are \"point\", 5 for five points, 10 
for ten points, K for ten points, either. There is a \"Major\" type 
among the 4 suit of cards, \"Major\" type cards is bigger than which is 
not \"Major\" cards, and Jokers are \"Persistent Major\", so it is the 
biggest. For each turn, a certain number is \"On Play\", and one suit 
is selected as \"Main\". For example, at the begining, \"2\" is \"On 
Play\", and Spade is   selected as \"Main\", then Joker > Spade 2 > 
other 2s > Spades > Others. And A > K >...., except for the \"On Play\" 
number.
One of the two teams is the \"Banker\", and one of the \"Banker\"s is 
the \"Banker Player\". After deal, each player has 25 cards in hand, so 
4 players have 100 cards respectively, the other 8 cards are bonus for 
the \"Banker Player\". The player can exchange his cards with the bonus 
cards then put 8 useless cards back as \"Bottom\".
Then the game begins, the \"Banker Player\" have the right to give 
card. The other players must give cards of the same suit, but when he 
is not with that suit, he can give card other suits. The biggest card 
giver gets the points in this round, and the right to give card for the 
next round. When there are no cards, a turn is over. If the non-Banker 
team gets 80 points, they get the Banker position from the current 
owner, otherwise the Banker upgrade one level for \"On Play\".
When one team pass over number \"A\", they win.

The game have some varieties, and the rule is slightly diffrent for 
different places, so the setting option is a must.
