Description:
My project is  a library written in C++ and provides implementations of various 
Artificial Neural Network architectures.

Currently, it supports only Multi Layer Perceptron networks, but will include 
Kohonen nets, ARTs, Boltzmann machines and more . . . 

It already exists and you can download the latest distribution at 
http://members.iinet.net.au/~johnmd/libann.tar.gz 


Other Software Required:
Any (recent) C++ compiler 
Any compliant STL library
