Hi there! I'm a happy savannah user. My account name is "csillag" I've just changed my e-mail address (from address@hidden to address@hidden) I got the confirmation mail, I went to the given address, and it said something like "ok, the e-mail address has successfully changed, mail sent to address@hidden will be forwarded to address@hidden".
In fact, we actually dont support the address@hidden email adresses. The only way to send email to a savannah user is to use the dedicated form. I'll modify this message.
Regards,
But when I tried to send a letter to address@hidden, I got an error message: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This message was created automatically by mail delivery software (Exim). A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: address@hidden SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<address@hidden>: host fencepost.gnu.org [199.232.76.164]: 550 Unknown local part csillag in <address@hidden> ------------------------------------------------------------------------- So...either fencepost does not recognize me (but it should), or the message saying that e-mail will be fwded was false. Please let me know what's happening. Csillag Kristof _______________________________________________ Savannah-hackers mailing list address@hidden http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/savannah-hackers
