Description:
JDIFF is a program that outputs the differences between two binary files. 
JPATCH then allows to reconstruct the second file from the first file. JDIFF 
uses a fast heuristic algorithm. JSYNC, a shell script, combines both programs 
to synchronize files or directories.

Optionally, on Windows systems, the Cygwin environment (www.cygwin.com).
