[Savannah-hackers] There is a stale lock in /cvs/emacs/lisp on subversions.gnu.org

The directory has been locked for 8 hours now.
Can someone please remove the stale lock?

BTW, 
I used to have a login on gnu.org as kfstorm, but I can no longer
connect (ssh gives me permission denied).  

I have tried ssh to address@hidden, address@hidden and
address@hidden, but none of these seem to know me.

Anything I can do to get access [I could have fixed this problem
8 hours ago if I had been able to connect].
