The Emacs CVS repository is locked again:
C:\bin\emacs\HEAD> cvs -q update
cvs server: [07:30:31] waiting for jas's lock in /cvs/emacs/lisp
cvs server: [07:31:01] waiting for jas's lock in /cvs/emacs/lisp
Curiously, it is the same user. Perhaps he has some kind of problem with
his CVS setup or something.
