Jobs can be paid, if a project leader are willing to pay someone to do a 
particular task. 

Generally, I think it's about announces from volunteers to volunteers.

I have a question I would like you ask you before any
project manager in this site. I completely familiarized
with the open source community and I do helped with
some project around when I have some time.

Anyway, when I saw the word "jobs" I though an extra
money would be really usefull to me, but then I
realized that they might be asking for people with any
free time who shares the same interested and want to
colaborate for free.

Now, are the jobs posted payed or not?
