[Savannah-hackers] GNATS mailing lists not working

Since about the beginning of July, messages sent to GNATS mailing lists
(e.g. address@hidden) haven't been arriving to their destinations.
Messages seem to reach Mailman, since those caught by it (e.g. messages
with implicit destination) are present.  But legitimate messages simply
disappear, without reaching their recipients or the mailing list
archives.

I don't think I've changed anything in the mailing list configuration
recently, I guess the lists stop working at the time of the fencepost
incident.  Do you know why the problem described above still persists?
