[Savannah-hackers] gnu.org + fsf.org mailman installation broken

Someone have done some work on fencepost recently and the mailman 
installation for mail.gnu.org and mail.freesoftware.fsf.org is broken.

For instance, it's impossible to create new mailing-list.

Since already a week, users complains about it.

Is it possible to know what recent changes have been done on this box?

This is not a trivial inconvenience.
