I'm unable to reproduce the behavior you evoke. BTW, this interface will be
soon enhanced.

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/2.2.2; FreeBSD)
If the user enters the wrong password/login combo, the browser
returns the misleading error: "Cookies must be enabled in your
browser blahblahblah..."
It'd be nice if you could distinguish the two errors.
