Hi,

Your project requires proprietary software and cannot be
hosted on Savannah for this reason. Savannah is willing to provide
resources and time to developers writing Free Software that can be
used without the need to ask for permission to a proprietary software
vendor.

Description:
JProject is a Java based project scheduling tool. The objective of
this system is to provide a tool for project managers to assist in the
management of project schedules. The current version provides
facilities for the following:

- The creation of projects
- The editing of a project\'s name and start date
- The automatic calculation of a project\'s completion date based on
the length of the critical path through the associated task network.
- The creation and deletion of tasks
- The editing of task names and durations
- The assignment of predecessors for tasks
- The automatic calculation of the earliest start times for tasks
based on their dependencies



Other Software Required:
Sun Java 1.3, JCalendar [GPL]

Development will include:
JDSL [License Agreement Included]
JUnit [Common Public License - also included]

Other Comments:
This project is setup for a university group assignment, I just
wanting to see if approval will happen and if so, if it will allow a
good collobrative software development system to take place.
