Can you please submit your project again (you can do this copying the big re-registration link provided in the mail you get when you have registered)
with a more detailed
description (half a page will do) and could you create a tarbal with the code as it now exists
and make it available to a temporary URL ?

Thomas Sawyer <address@hidden> described the package as
follows:
License: lgpl
Other License:
Package: GUtopIa
System name: gutopia
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Description:
GUtopIa is a Ruby GUI API. It is intended to meet all requirements of
such a toolkit: cross-platform, native platform integration, ease of
coding with good SOC (seperation of concerns) and POLS (Principle of
Least Suprise), flexibity and speed. The GUtopIa project is an
offspring of the original RougeProject, a part of FreeRIDE. The
project intends to provide the ultimate GUI API for free use to the
Ruby community, and intends to do so in short order.

GUtopIa is currently under minor devleopment and major discussion, but
expect this to reverse soon.

Other Software Required:
Requirements include Ruby 1.6.7+. Other requirements are, as of yet,
undefined.
