While I am not a native English-speaker, I think that it would be
better to change the word "useless" for "unused".
I have seen the word "useless" used in contexts were people try to say
that something is not "worth it", and I think (by reading the context
of your messages) that you want to say that the projects are not being
used, therefore "unused" would be a better term to use.
Just some food for thought.
