Can a project reclassify itself as being part of GNU?
BNA was registered to be a project to be used by
Chapar Shabdiz as an umbrella project, but now that
we can move more and more toward making fsf related
activities in Iran, we would like to reclassify as
being part of GNU.
For example we would like to use BNA's CVS for
webmastering purposes of www.fsf.ir and
www.gnu.org.ir.
