It seems particularly complicated to implement. You are
welcome to do it if you think you can do it.

I find it necessary that bug tracking and version
control become integrated. For each CVS commit, a bug
number should be referenced in the comments, so the
description will be matched with the bug, and the CVS
comments are included in the bug tracking database's
description.
It is impossible right now to trace the work done on a bug.
