Walter H. van Holst <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: GNU-Grammar
System name: ggrammar
Type: GNU

Description:
This project has the purpose of creating the building blocks of what could
become a grammar checker.

It aims to reach at least the following goals:

- Compile a lexicon for each supported language;
- Create a lexer on top of which a grammar checker can be built;
- Create a prototype grammar checker that is good enough to support a
non-native writer in one of the supported languages in preventing mistakes in
relatively simple sentences;
- Supported languages should comprise at least Dutch and English.

The project does not exist yet, but I am working on a lexicon for Dutch.
