Hi,

I think already saw you submitting this project.  I then replied (or 
someone else) that you should ask Richard Stallman (address@hidden) if we 
can host your project.

Savannah normally only hosts free software and free documentation about 
software projects.

Have you already asked mister Stallman?  If not please do and let us 
know what he says.

I will leave your project in the queue for now.
