[Savannah-hackers] Swarm problems

Hi

I was wondering if you could help me with a little query- Im working through the swarm jtutorial, but i cant get any of the observerswarm programs to compile (using make). I get the same error message with all the programs:

Globals.env.Completed

<----------------------->

*** Error: No field named "Completed" was found in type "swarm/SwarmEnvironment"

Im running swarm 2.1.1 under windows. Any suggestions?
