My project is called DomF. for \"Dom Forum\"
It is a web forum written in PHP using XML files for the messages.
It uses DOM XML to interact with XML files (reading messages, editing messages, 
administrate forums...)
It will be easy to install and never need anything else than DOM XML and PHP.
