In fact, it more complicated. You have to regularly check if
users does not upload php pages that exhaust the server.

OK, I have seen that page, but I think that PHP
doesn't need any day after day support, you just 
install it and that's it. Probably one or two
years later you upgrade to a new version of PHP.

Anyway you know it better.
