This is an important skill required for the GNU
Evaluation team members, but it is also important for
other projects given the following scenario:


Programmer A writes software X but he is not familiar
with the GNU coding standards.

He wants to donate the program to the GNU Project.

gnueval asks the programmer to comply with the GNU
standards.

Programmer A asks for help via Savannah's "Help Wanted".

Also, perhaps there is people interested in helping
"GNUify" existing programs, so they could add this
skill in their profiles.
