[Savannah-hackers] Mailing list archives broken - normal?

I notice that the archives page for my mailing list 
(http://mail.nongnu.org/archive/html/nrdo-list) is coming up 404 right 
now. The list was created yesterday and there has been at least one 
successful posting to it - is it normal for the archive to be missing at 
this point?

(by the way, my previous mailing list problems are sort of resolved - it 
took over 24 hours, but my subscription confirmations finally arrived :) )
