[Savannah-hackers] key refused

Hello, I have generated file identity and identity.pub file as 
prescribed in the FAQ.
(with the command "ssh-keygen -t rsa1" copy the file identity.pub and 
wait a least one day)
But when i try to connect i get the following log :
