Thanx a lot,

It is a problem with the encryption.

I have just upgraded to win2000 and installed IE 6.0.  Normally it not
updating to 128 bit encryption in Windows 2000 only when we upgrade to
IE. I have to install a Pach from Micro$oft.

Now it is creating well. And my id is gvpathi.

I came to know from this is to register it requires 128 bit
encryption.(Is it so!)
