I would like to do the same thing as "offby1" : import the 
existing CVSROOT of my project inside /cvsroot/tsp at 
savannah.nongnu.org, in order to get my history and 
versions.

But I got no url to put the tar of my CVSROOT. Could I mail 
it to someone ???
