Other License: As I stated earlier, some parts of my project may be released 
under the LGPL instead of the GPL for reuse reasons, especially since I would 
like to use those pieces in other works.  However, the entire project (for the 
most part) will be released under the GPL.

Description:
Open-Source Web Publishing System (OpenWPS) is a PHP-based content management 
system, using an SQL backend for storing of content and HTML templates for page 
layout. OpenWPS provides an simple, yet savvy means of managing the 
content/layout of a website.  The source code to OpenWPS is available for 
download at http://www.ytztech.com/openwps.zip.  This version is not available 
to the public at this time.  I hope to release the code soon for general use, 
under the GPL.

Other Software Required:
OpenWPS depends on PHP version 4.2.0 or above.  OpenWPS also requires the use 
of an SQL server.  Currently, OpenWPS does support some commercial SQL servers, 
but also supports both MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Other Comments:
I may release the SQL abstraction layer (SQL_AL.PHP) and my Webediting file 
(WEBEDIT.PHP) under the LGPL in the near future, instead of using the GPL.
