We generate the FSF Europe webpages by running xsltproc to generate HTML from
XHTML source files, applying XSLT stylesheets. I think Lalo Martins is also
experimenting the same approach for the www.gnu.org website. It is usually a
very fast process that is only run when a source XHTML page is changed, which
does not happen very often.
