Description:
The project is called MusIRCd and it is a new ircd based on hybrid code. It has 
the options for running services but is not fully complete. It contains many 
features that unreal and bahamut have but does not allow abuse of irc operator 
priveledges. The ircd will only allow network management and not allow 
operators to get involved with channel op and any channel related feature. It 
is based on the traditional efnet ettique with redundant modes. The only thing 
different is this ircd allows global network management instead of local only 
like efnet. The source code is at https://jack.musirc.com/~jack/musircd and the
