The admin for neolinuxconf has 
"Insufficient Group Access 
You do not have permission to view this page." 
and cannot admin the neolinuxconf project.  There are 
also problems trying to sftp to the site

   - CVS_RSH=ssh cvs commands

   - rsync to /upload. 
   - sftp to and from /upload.
