Peter Sander <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: AVR USB
System name: avrusb
Type: non-GNU

Description:
This project is about creating a software-only USB stack for the
Atmel\'s AVR devices and a matching driver for GNU/Linux(maybe BSD).

The goal is to provide a easy-to-use C-interface to a time-critical assembler
stack.

This project does not need any special USB-chips.
So this project will be cheap but slow...
