Qeustion about the tab projects !

in version 9.14.002
as well as in 9.13... versions
i get an error  when i first set a project to archive.
when i try to set a project active again i get an error.

Database error: Invalid SQL: select count(*) from where
num='P-2003-0007' and id !='15'
