Description:
Swinput consists of two Linux (kernel) modules. With these modules loaded is it 
possible to fake user input from keyboard and mouse by writing to the devices 
belonging to swinput. Swinput was first developed to automate testing of Xnee 
(a GNU project slowly moving to savannah from sourceforge) but has become good 
enough to become a project itself. 

Swinput stands for Software Input.
