[Savannah-hackers] 403 Error in homepage

Hello.

I've uploaded for the first time some files in my project webPages 
repository. I checked the files are there with ViewCVS, but i still get 
a 403 Error nearly eight hours after this.

I've found a message related to this :

Is this the same problem that happen to me, or did I miss something ?
