[Savannah-hackers] anoncvs updat problem?

I'm having trouble with anoncvs. being new to cvs I'm not sure if the below
is just part of day to day running,(and i show just retry later) or if it
is a real problem.

cvs -t update -dP

 -> main loop with
CVSROOT=:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/phpgroupware
 -> Connecting to subversions.gnu.org(199.232.41.2):2401
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
 -> Lock_Cleanup()
