When I commit anything to Brave GNU World CVS, I get the error
from the subject, though the commint works fine. Since I have
no setup changes from my usual working directory I guess it
could be something wrong with the server or the cvswebcommitlog
file itself:

  % cvs ci -m 'Fixed broken links.' issue-50.en.html
  Checking in issue-50.en.html;
  /webcvs/brave-gnu-world/issue-50.en.html,v  <--  issue-50.en.html
  new revision: 1.3; previous revision: 1.2
  done
  sh: /tmp/cvswebcommitlog: Permission denied

Best regards
