No, I do not see any problem, it seems perfectly legal.

i claim that my use is protected by the "fair-use for
education" clause of copywrite law.  i haven't received any
complaints (email or letters) from film studios.  If i
receive such complaints then i will have the choice of
either removing the infringing material or going to court.
