These files are not in the server. Take a look at 
~/al/src/aleader/CVS/Entries and removed .deps and .libs, it may helps.

When i did the initial check-in, i accidentally added
files from .deps & .libs.  How do i delete these files
& directories?  It should be pretty obvious which files
are mistakes.  See project "aleader".

Now i have this problem:

address@hidden:~/al/src/aleader$ cvs commit
cvs commit: Examining .
cvs commit: Examining aleader
cvs commit: Examining aleader/.deps
cvs commit: in directory aleader/.deps:
cvs [commit aborted]: there is no version here; do 'cvs
checkout' first

But it is silly to use CVS for generated dependencies.
