The request is still pending, delays depend on the moderator extra
works.

Not at all.
Loic Dachary and Jaime Villate seems currently less available for
Savannah (many works in others related area (see eucd.info),
university related tasks) but we are in fact are more people currently
than we were a year ago.
And the Savannah software development is active and we are looking
forward more and more activity.
