License a inclusion in the GNU project are two separate things.
GNU and non-GNU projects can be GPL or not. And GPLed software can be
GNU or not.
At savannah.nongnu.org, we host project which are not GNU but that are
GPLed or released under a GPL-compatible license.

The OSI license is free software and GPL-compatible, so it's not an issue.
