Hi Fabrice,
(sorry for the late reply; it's been a very busy week)
in order to release your project under the GPL, please place
copyright notices and copying permission statements at the beginning
of every source code file.
(see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html if you do not know what I'm
talking about)
You should also include a copy of the plain text version of the GPL
(http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt). For instance, you can put it into a
file named "COPYING" or "LICENSE" in your zip archive.
You will have to register your project again once you've made those changes
(sorry, we do not keep a queue of pending projects). Next time you register
it, do not forget to either include a URL where we can find your source code,
or e-mail us a copy of it.
