[Savannah-hackers] Permissions failure in uploading new files

I tried to upload some new files for the SKS project, and got a
permissions failure.  In particular, when I tried to drop the files into
sks/sks.pkg/1.0.5, I get a permissions failure, but had no troubles when
dropping off files in sks/ or even sks/1.0.5.  Could I get the
permissions fixed, and also, how would I go about getting rid of the
files I dropped in the wrong places?
