A package was submitted to savannah.nongnu.org
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Tom Tromey <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: lgpl
Other License:
Package: Free Jalopy
System name: jalopy
Type: non-GNU

Description:
Jalopy is a source code formatter/beautifier/pretty printer for the Java
programming language.

This version of Jalopy is a fork of the version hosted on
sourceforge.net, which has "gone proprietary". We intend to
take the latest sourceforge code and add our own patches to
make it build and run using only free Java implementations,
and to change the output to make it suitable for reformatting
the source of GNU Classpath.

The existing project is here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/jalopy/

Other Software Required:
See above. With our patches we can build and run Jalopy core
using GNU gcj. We also need ant (free Java build program, also
can run with gcj) to do the build.

Jalopy includes plugins for a number of IDEs. Some may be proprietary.
We don't intend to work on these.
