[Savannah-hackers] Support Requests Ignored?

Hello,

I saw a lot of support requests assigned to nobody and 2 weeks-old at  
https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration .

In addition, a comment in a recent news post  
(https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=2773) told:
"One of the reported bugs is that support requests and bug report  
changes are not send to mailinglists anymore so maybe you haven't seen  
these reports at all."

Don't you receive those support request, or do you only have a lot of  
backlog?
